It shouldn't be (too) complicated from here on, though you will have to return once more to the Generator Room at some point to unlock the Secret Compartment (75V) once again so that you can open the treasure chest containing the last key further east from the blue save crystal map above the Generator Room. You now have access to the rest of the dungeon and don't need the Generator Room Light Crystal (150V) anymore.

Use the mirror passage to reach one of the now open doors. After that, return to the Generator Room and release the Electronic Locks (210V). Your goal is that you don't have to return here anymore, and at the end of this sequence you should be able to return via the eastern part of the aforementioned mirror passage. Activate the Generator Room Light Crystal (150V) and investigate everything behind the already mentioned door north of the Generator Room that is open now. You have to use this passage later when you can't use the Generator Room Light Crystal (150V) door anymore. If you go - from the Generator Room - up, left, up through the mirror, up (Power Orb needed), you see the western part of the mirror passage that connects the western and eastern parts of this Tower of Eden section. First of all, don't forget to grab the Power Orb (315V) and one of the two Secret Compartment chests (75V) from the Generator Room (the other one is located elsewhere and can't be accessed until later).
